About Prairie Lotus Alternatives Practitioner: Karen S. Vincent

Karen discovered her passion for the alternate complimentary wellness systems over 30 years ago and since then has studied many different modalities. She originally trained in Foot Reflexology, Polarity Therapy, Bach Flower Essences, Bowen Technique and Reiki. Then Karen continued her training in Shamanic Power Training, Qigong, Advanced Reiki including using Reiki grids with crystals and Angelic healing. Next she went on to study Access Bars, BodyTalk, Body Intuitive and HelioSol Systems. Karen’s certifications include: Bach Flower Remedy Practitioner, Usui Reiki Master, BodyTalk Practitioner (CBP), Level 1 and 2 BodyIntuitive Practioner and HelioSol Practitioner. In 2024, Karen was trained in the Veltheim Method of Lymphatic Drainage and has found this technique very effective. Karen has worked remotely with clients in Canada, United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand.

Karen worked in civilian emergency services for 25 years and dealt with many stressful situations. Stressful environments require knowing how to manage stress and bring relaxation and rejuvenation regardless of the circumstances. Karen’s knowledge of stress management makes her uniquely qualified to implement modalities that help reduce stress. Karen's practice is now done by remote sessions and these are conducted by either phone or WhatsApp in Canada, and by WhatsApp in other countries.
